Why do I receive multiple packages at different time even from a same order?/ I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?
When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as they are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they will finally get to you!
Why I did not receive a Confirmation email?
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Also, please check if the email was sent to the SPAM folder. If there is still no confirmation email, please email to us.
What if I am not home during the delivery?
Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the postman will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you may collect your parcel at your nearest post office.
Can I change my order or address?
We highly encourage to double check the sizes/colors and address prior to placing an order. Usually, we process the orders on the same day when they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at email@example.com ASAP, we will do our best to accommodate that change. However, we cannot make any promise. If the item(s) has already been shipped, we cannot make changes to the order.
